Middleweight Eric Priest takes his undefeated record (14-0, 8KOs) into the ring at The Commerce Casino & Hotel this week when he faces Tyler “Hercules” Howard (20-2, 11 KOs) in a bout scheduled for 10 rounds. The hard-hitting Priest, from Overland Park, KS, is back in the ring for his first fight since a unanimous decision over Luka Lozo on the Vergil Ortiz Jr. vs. Sergei Bohachuk underdard last August.
The Priest-Howard matchup headlines a 7-bout card that is being put on by Golden Boy Promotions and can be seen live on DAZN starting at 6PM Pacific time, with main event ring walks expected to be at approximately 8:30PM Pacific.
Priest, age 26, won a 10-round shutout against Lozo in his last fight and has gone the distance in four of his last five outings after an impressive streak of three straight first-round KOs in 2022.
Howard looks to bounce back from a 10-round decision loss to Troy Isley in November. The Crossfield, TN resident has dropped two of his last three fights.
