PROGRAIS RETURNS TO FACE DUARTE FEB 15

Former two-time super lightweight champion Regis Prograis (29-3, 24 KOs) gets back in the ring on February 15th to face WBA #9 Oscar Duarte (28-2-1, 22 KOs)  in Anaheim, CA. The crossroads clash will be broadcast live on DAZN.

“Rougarou,” as Prograis is known, lost his WBC 140-lb title in a shutout loss to Devin Haney in December of 2023. The 35-year old from New Orleans then attempted to win the WBO version of the crown in October of 2024 but lost a decision to Jack Catteral. Both losses were by wide margins and Prograis has been inactive since.

Duarte has bounced back from a stoppage loss to Ryan Garcia in December of 2023 with back-to-back wins, a KO9 over Jo Jo Diaz and and UD10 over Botirzhon Akhmedov, both in 2024.

The event takes place at the Honda Center in Anaheim with tickets available HERE.
